该生产线是将一定宽的金属卷料中厚板在板宽方向纵剪成多条所需宽度的带材并进行成品工件的卷取的成套 设备。
由上料小车、开卷机、压引-牵引-粗校、过渡台、对中装置、纵剪主机、活套、阻尼预分料、收卷机、卸料小 车、液压-气动-电气控制控制系统等组成。
通过更换与排列不同规格的刀片隔套，可纵剪成不同宽度成品工件。
可根据客户的需求要及生产线的工艺与配置实际需要，另外选配料头剪、废边卷取装置等装置。 | |

This line is a complete equipment for slitting to strip by corresponding width of metal work, and recoil the finished working piece.
It consists of feeding car, uncoiler, pressing-traction-rough level, transition table, centering device, slitting machine, loop, pre-material damping, recoiler, unloading car, hydraulic-pneumatic-electric control system etc.
Through change and arrange of the different specification blade spacer or moving blade seat, can slit to different width working piece.
Can according to customer* s request or need of production to choose optional head-cutter, waste recoil device, etc. | |
